Family Alliance employs an on-site Geriatric Psychiatrist who provides psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis, medication management, and on-going follow-up. The psychiatrist works in conjunction with agency therapists and nurses, providing a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to each person's care.

Dr. Michael Raida received his doctorate from The Chicago Medical School, performed his residency in Adult Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center, and completed his fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Currently, Dr. Raida works in private practice with Meridian Psychiatric Partners in Chicago, IL.
