Family Alliance receives a three-year CARF accreditation for its programs served.

Transportation

Door-to-door transportation is available to and from Family Alliance, Inc.’s day health programs in wheel chair accessible vans with specially trained drivers and transportation aides, certified in CPR and First Aid.

Our transportation staff will greet the senior at their home. The bus driver, along with the transportation aide, will safely begin and end the day with the seniors. These transportation staff members quickly become a loyal and comforting sight for our clients and their families.

Family Alliance’s day health transportation service is available to seniors in the McHenry County area. If you are in need of transportation to our agency and live outside the McHenry County boundaries, please contact our agency to determine transportation options that are available.

Family Alliance is now providing Medicar services to public aid recipients of any age, within McHenry County needing rides to medical appointments. Call Family Alliance at (815) 338-3590 for more information or to arrange your ride today.
