Welcome to Family Alliance, a place where seniors, 55 years and older, are supported in their efforts to remain
comfortably and successfully in the community for as long as possible.
Family Alliance, Inc.’s mission is to enable seniors to remain at home by providing best-of-practice day programming,
advocacy and counseling, while supplying respite, education, training and support to their caregivers.
A not-for-profit, comprehensive geriatric health facility serving seniors and their caregivers since 1981, Family
Alliance’s programs have helped mentally and physically frail elderly to remain at home and in the care of loved ones,
avoiding premature placement in nursing homes. We save families and government agencies thousands of dollars each month
by offering caregiver respite while seniors attend day programs at our facility. Family Alliance’s services are not
duplicated by any agency in our communities; we remain the only adult day health care service in McHenry County.

Flowers raise important funds for Family Alliance
When you send or purchase flowers for important occasions and events for, from or to anywhere in the U.S., your
purchase can benefit Family Alliance. How? Family Alliance recently established a partnership with McHenry Flowers/Mary’s
Flowers in McHenry County, IL. Their “Flowers for a Great Cause” program donates 10% of all in-area purchases and $3.00
of all out-of-area purchases to our organization. These donated funds will be used to further our mission and to specifically
support our efforts in expanding and improving our adult day health care services in McHenry County.
