Welcome to Family Alliance, a place where seniors, 55 years and older, are supported in their efforts to remain comfortably and successfully in the community for as long as possible.

Family Alliance, Inc.’s mission is to enable seniors to remain at home by providing best-of-practice day programming, advocacy and counseling, while supplying respite, education, training and support to their caregivers.

A not-for-profit, comprehensive geriatric health facility serving seniors and their caregivers since 1981, Family Alliance’s programs have helped mentally and physically frail elderly to remain at home and in the care of loved ones, avoiding premature placement in nursing homes. We save families and government agencies thousands of dollars each month by offering caregiver respite while seniors attend day programs at our facility. Family Alliance’s services are not duplicated by any agency in our communities; we remain the only adult day health care service in McHenry County.
